Affirmative Action Diversity Equity Inclusion

Executive Order 11246 introduced Affirmative Action to American society in 1968 attempting to "right the wrongs" of government-sanctioned racial discrimination & racial-oppression against Black Americans. The concept of taking affirmative action in diversifying business relationships has become the status quo in modern-society. Recently, the 2023 U.S. Supreme Court repealed Affirmative Action in university admissions, but this outdated legislation has transformed into Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion using a new set of metrics.
